Allergy Testing (Food & Environmental)

Allergy Vs Food Sensitivity

Why is Food Allergy and Sensitivity Testing important?
The only way to know for sure about your food allergies and sensitivities is to get tested. “If you are not testing, you are guessing.” While most doctors check antibodies, such as IgG or IgE, we found that the most comprehensive test is a food sensitivity test called “FAST” (Food-Allergy and Sensitivity Test) which tests for IgG, IgG4, C3b/d, and IgE. This test will help uncover which foods trigger chronic inflammation and related health issues such as gastrointestinal, metabolic, neurological, and dermatological disorders.

What markers do we test for?

We test all 4- immunological markers
The FAST and Environmental test includes a total of 88 food allergens and 88 environmental allergens. By integrating these markers into our testing approach, we ensure a comprehensive examination of various immune responses to food, providing invaluable insights for personalized health management.

IgG (Immunoglobulin G)

C3b/d (Complement Component 3)

IgG4 (Immunoglobulin G Subtype 4)

IgE (Immunoglobulin E)

F.A.S.T. Report Interpretation:
Clear, Color-Coded Insights

Our test reports use a clear color-coded system to illustrate your reactivity levels to tested foods at a glance. All allergen markers are grouped logically in an overview, complete with a personalized dietary guide detailing foods to avoid and replace.

01 | WHITE (Safe / Non-Reactive): No significant antibody response detected; safe to consume as part of your regular diet.

02 | YELLOW (Moderate Reactivity): Mild immune response detected; recommended for rotation or temporary moderation to reduce inflammation.

03 | RED (High Reactivity): Elevated immune response detected; recommended for strict temporary elimination to allow gut healing and symptom relief.
