Known case of Type 2 Diabetes and Skin Allergy.
53-year-old female, was advised Food Allergy and Sensitivity Test (F.A.S.T) by her consulting physician. For the past few years, her blood sugar levels had been fluctuating above the normal ranges, and she had recently developed a skin allergy that was interfering with her everyday life. She had been taking Tab. Xanglu-met (12.5+500mg) twice daily and Tab. Getryl (2 mg) daily for her diabetes. Also Taken Tab. Deltacortil (5mg) 2+0+2 for 2 weeks for her skin allergy.
When her test result was received, the report was reviewed with her by the consultant and she was provided with a personalized diet plan with dietitian support. Initially skeptical about how eliminating the sensitive food from her diet would alleviate her symptoms. However, within a few weeks of adhering to the dietary advice, she began to notice a significant alleviation in her skin conditions. After 2 months of this regimen, her blood sugar levels had also decreased to within the standard range. She is to continue with the treatment for another 2-3 months to achieve complete recovery and reduce dependency on medication.
